THE HOTEL

The hotel Areca is a modern and avant-garde hotel located in Torrellano, only two kilometers away from the Airport of Alicante, and one km from the Fairgrounds of IFA, and 12 km from the capital of Alicante and the city of Elche. Our motto is to offer the best service to our clients and guarantee maximum rest and relaxation in our facilities. For this we offer our Spa centre a gymnasium and a spacious garden. Our hotel also has a restaurant in which you will be able to enjoy the best of Mediterranean cuisine and whatever else your needs may be.

THE GUEST ROOMS

The hotel has 56 double rooms, 11 junior suites and one Suite. All Junior Suites have a full bathroom with a shower and hyrdromassage. The also include a small salon with a sofa which can be converted to a bed for two small children or an additional adult.

  • Daily cleaning services – Room cleaning is done every day including daily towel change. Bed clothes are changed every other day.
  • Laundry Service – The hotel offers laundry service for its guests.
  • Room Service – The hotel also offers 24 hour room service.
  • Amenities – All rooms have a complete amenity basket which includes the following: toothbrush, hand soap, bath gel, shampoo, body lotion, manicure kit, make up remover towels, shoe shine, shower cap and shaving kit. All products are from the best brands.
  • 243 hour Reception – The hotel offers 24 hour reception services.
  • WiFi Internet Service – Free service available in all rooms. We also have a Business Corner.

  • Accesses - The hotel is located at less than five minutes’ walk from the train station, less than two from the Alicante airport and only five minutes from the A-7 motorway.
  • Distances – The hotel is located 10 km from the capital of Alicante and the historic centre of Elche.
  • How to get there? – The hotel is easily located and accessed being in Torrellano, Elche on the N-340 national highway only five minutes from the airport. If you’re driving on the A-7, in the direction of Alicante, take Exit 72 “Aeropuerto Alicante” towards Torrellano-Elche.

THE RESTAURANT

The Caribí restaurant with its own personal image and identity, establishes its menu on fresh maximum quality produce. With a capacity for up to 70 guests, it’s an ideal place to enjoy the best of the Mediterranean cuisine. During the summer, clients can enjoy a pleasant evening in our garden terrace.

MEETING ROOMS

The Hotel Areca is meant, both by its location and premises, for all those who need some space to work. We offer two meeting rooms with a capacity for up to 120 people.

WHAT TO DO?

The hotel Areca is the closest hotel to the beaches of Elche, one of the best of Costa Blanca.

Our coast consists of 9 km of white sandy beaches with natural dunes and has any type of service you might need. Open air activities include volleyball, Jet Ski’s, windsurf, excursions, windsailing among others.

If you’d rather enjoy the local culture you can visit the “Palmeral de Elche” (declared historical heritage) and its historical centre.

If what you want to do is to go shopping, you can visit all of Alicante’s shopping centres. The possibilities of any type of activity in Elche are endless.
